Growth and training

Being part of Lenovys means being part of a team that grows every day and is committed to bringing results and well-being to the lives of the people it meets.

Thanks to the internal Masterclasses, our team is always aligned on methodologies, standards and ongoing projects. These in-person days, in addition to strengthening the bonds between people, are also a way to keep the professional training of our consultants active.

The improvement and growth of Lenovys employees is also supported through our e-learning platform, with over 100 hours of training, but also through internal podcasts and videos of training and project sharing. New colleagues enrich our know-how by bringing their experience and sharing it with the rest of the group.

The teams at Lenovys are agile, with a few members coordinating the client’s team. Responsibility and self-organization will therefore grow from day one. This allows the consultant to grow quickly and work simultaneously on multiple projects in different areas, without the risk of limiting long-term working experience to a single client.

People, each time they complete a project, receive feedback on the work done which also allows them to determine future areas for improvement.

Twice a year, during the personal Hansei moments, each of us is asked to evaluate with feedback the work done in the past six months, and in addition an overall assessment is provided, and a personalized enhancement plan is discussed and agreed, which promotes the growth of each consultant and staff employee.

Flexibility and results

In Lenovys we guarantee flexibility and autonomy in the choice of spaces, schedules and tools to be used in the face of greater, ever increasing, accountability for results. While we have been supporting smart working since 2015, well before the pandemic’s immediate emergency, we also encourage face-to-face interaction, Recognizing the value of cohesion between colleagues for productivity and job satisfaction which also comes from time spent together physically. For this reason, we have thought of our Milan office not as a real office, but rather as a pleasant place to work.
