As part of the dissemination of Lean Lifestyle principles, in addition to participating in the Executive Master Lean Lifestyle of key people, the company decided to extend the training program through the widespread use of the platform of e-learning LEAN LIFESTYLE ACADEMY.
Activities and improvements
- Initial assessment on the spread of individual habits Lean Lifestyle
- Individual study on the online platform
- Book “Lean Lifestyle Strategy” to all participants
- Group discussions and explanations in «flipped class» mode in monthly sessions with a Lenovys mentor
- Individual project of each participant
- One-to-one sessions with a Lenovys mentor to support individual projects
- Coordinated actions at company level to reduce waste (e.g. interruptions…)
- Final assessment and evidence of improvements
Results
- Lean Lifestyle and Personal Excellence training program for 36 participants (middle manager)
- Significant improvements in the individual diffusion of all Lean Lifestyle habits
- Great enthusiasm of all participants
