Lenovys was born on 21 January 2009, taking up the challenge of its two founding partners, Luciano Attolico and Gianluigi Bielli, both with significant previous experience as consultants and managers in important multinational companies. The challenge was to be able to provide the best Lean experts to help quickly customer companies gain competitiveness through the systematic reduction of all waste and the introduction of innovative product and process solutions, putting people at the center of all our actions.
We were and are convinced that companies can grow if – and only if – the people inside grow.
No need for huge projects of indefinite duration and exorbitant costs.
Today we can say that we have won the challenge and have established ourselves as one of the most innovative, dynamic and effective Lean Transformation companies in Europe, both for small and medium-sized enterprises and large multinational companies. In 2017, Lenovys was included by the Financial Times in the special “FT 1000” ranking that includes the 1000 independent European companies with the highest rate of innovation and organic growth.
Lenovys is among the top 10 in Europe for business training and consultancy.
In 2024, Lenovys joined the Tinexta S.p.A Group, a company listed on Euronext Star in Milan, which is included in the European Tech Leader index as a high-growth technology company active in Digital Trust, Cyber Security and Business Innovation services.
Every year we manage more than 120 improvement and innovation sites in Italy, Europe and the USA, with a multidisciplinary team organized on 9 industrial sectors and a transversal know how developed in 6 areas of competence (Strategy & Governance, Office & Operation, People & Organization, Sales & Go to Market, Innovation & R&D, AI & Digital Change).
We are said to stand out for our ability to help our clients achieve tangible results in a short time. And why not, even having fun at the same time! We recognize ourselves in this image and want to continue to consolidate it.
Our future challenge? To bring as many companies as possible to achieve great results, to express all the technological, organizational and human potential and to promote sustainable growth.
