He has more than twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing complex production realities (ERICSSON-Fatme S.p.A., Electrolux-Zanussi, Magneti Marelli and Denso-Toyota).

Marco Garavelli

Principal

With more than 36 years of experience in management consulting, he has worked for many of the largest international companies, mainly in the industrial sector. He has strong experience in interim management, operations focus, services and supply chain management. Together with customers, he creates value through the innovation of industrial processes, working at 360° on strategy, organization and tools.

Gianluca Losi

Director

He has held senior management positions in major multinational companies and since 2002 he develops and advises on important Lean/Six Sigma and TPM transformation projects in different product sectors. He has coordinated and developed numerous consulting and training projects in both the Lean and TPM fields in Italy and abroad. Thanks to the long experience gained in consulting, he has acquired the ability to guide people and teams towards achieving objectives in multicultural and multinational contexts, collaborating synergistically with all levels of the company. He has developed excellent business planning and resource management skills to achieve increasingly challenging goals.

Manlio Rizzo

Business Management Sales

Over 35 years of experience in Management Consulting with International Clients. He started his career in 1978 as Production Planning Engineer, Preventive Maintenance Coordinator at Finmeccanica/ Italtractor ITM. Following experiences in Tetra Pak Italy where he had managerial responsibilities in the management of a large department of 120 people. In 1986 he began his career as a consultant: first with Innova Management as director and then at Roland Berger & Partners in Milan (where he was appointed Partner, the youngest non-German), at Bossard Consulting/ Cap Gemini Group Milano, A.T. Kearney Ltd., from London and Milan as Vice President in charge of Supply Chain and Consumer Goods for Southern Europe. Since 2000 he has been president of Achieve Italia and since 2010 of Achieve Spain. Since January 2023 he has been a partner and Executive Director of Lenovys.
