Hoshin Days

At Lenovys we think it’s right to take the time to “stop” for a moment, both to celebrate the results of everyday work and to share strategies and projects in progress.

For this we have established in December and July the Hoshin Days, 2 days to physically gather the whole company. There is time to do sports and team building activities, have dinner and celebrate together and the second day is dedicated to sharing the Hoshin Kanri, the tool with which we ground and share goals, results and annual and long-term strategies. Full participation in these days ensures that we have people who are always aligned with the company’s goals and work in a coordinated way towards achieving the same results. The strategic projects do not concern only top management but involve, in various capacities and with different degrees of direct commitment, the whole group. Thanks to this we feel part of a single great project that grows, improves and leaves tangible and recognizable marks around.
