The general objective of our Coaching projects is to provide cultural and managerial support to improve the effectiveness of actions, encourage the necessary changes, and involve people in an active and innovative way. In particular, it is intended to improve the internal climate and the management of the first levels with collaborators, for an effective and assertive management of relationships.
The results achieved aim to convey security and peace of mind, make the first levels responsible to facilitate decision-making processes, strengthen the perception of status and professional role and thus improve the corporate climate.
The individual Executive Coaching courses consist of “one-to-one” interviews, articulated in 8-10 sessions of 1 – 1.5 hours each, over a defined time frame together with the Manager. Between individual sessions, coachees are provided with a telephone and email service, as well as remote comparison and support. At the end of each session, they receive personalized feedback.
Coaching sessions are based on the professional and personal development goals identified by the coaches, based on the indications provided by the Management. The content treated in the sessions are protected by the principle of confidentiality, according to the code of ethics of International Coach Federation, to which reference is made.
At the end of the sessions, a final report is prepared to evaluate the coaching path, which includes the main steps, the defined objectives, the results achieved, the actions taken and a quality assessment by the coachee on the whole process.
The ultimate aim of Group Coaching Courses is to improve the internal climate and provide management with the strategic, organizational, managerial, communicative and relational skills necessary for achieving business objectives.
Through a structured plan of Team Coaching, aimed at the figures of Top Management and Middle Management, it provides support of cultural and managerial nature to improve the effectiveness of actions, promote the necessary changes, Actively and innovatively involve people.
