Covid-19 Business Check-up

We are living through a unique situation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, with profound impacts on companies, people, and the way we do business.

Entrepreneurs and managers have had to redesign how their people work, adopting remote working solutions, and deeply rethink their business models while managing production emergencies and dealing with the difficulties faced by customers and suppliers.

In March and April 2020, Lenovys launched a survey to support companies in identifying the priority areas where cultivating excellence is necessary to manage the emergency and, above all, the restart phase.

The core of this analysis is based on the Business Excellence Model developed by Lenovys, a framework designed to help entrepreneurs and managers achieve excellence in their business, thereby driving better results and greater well-being.

The initiative involved 15,000 managers and entrepreneurs through an 80-question online survey specifically designed to prompt reflection on ongoing changes, potential actions to counter them, and the skills and capabilities that need to be developed.

Subsequently, the feedback from 500 respondents was processed, and each was provided with an individual report detailing the actions to be taken to face a crisis that has had, and will continue to have, profound impacts on the future of our companies.
