Lenovys and Arpa Foundation

We should all fall ill with optimism and absolutely refuse to be cured!”
With these words, on June 22, 2019, Andrea Bocelli opened the charity concert promoted by the Arpa Foundation and hosted by the Naval Academy of Livorno.

An evening of solidarity and music to celebrate the presentation of the Foundation’s new anthem. Founded in 1992 by Professor Franco Mosca to promote research and training in various healthcare fields, the Foundation features Maestro Bocelli as its honorary president and active global ambassador.

Lenovys supported the event, sharing the Foundation’s philanthropic goals and its concrete commitment to the development of clinical and basic research, particularly in the fields of oncology, transplants, and the processing and application of new medical and surgical technologies.

The concert, created under the artistic direction of Maestro Carlo Bernini and hosted by Renato Raimo, featured the Ensemble Bacchelli on stage, conducted by Maestro Rita Bacchelli, performing music by Mascagni, Puccini, Bizet, Morricone, Piovani, and Piazzolla.

The new anthem, sung by Debrah and titled “Oh my love,” was written by Maestro Riz Ortolani. It was produced under the artistic and orchestral direction of Maestro Carlo Bernini. Recorded in Livorno at the Ognissanti Auditorium in March 2019, with the orchestration performed by the Ensemble Bacchelli under the supervision of Maestro Rita Bacchelli, it was optimized by Leonardo Bernini, Nicola Baronti, Simone Sandrucci, Luca Passerotti, and Pierpaolo Guerrini (Copyright: Universal).
