Leadership for Innovation

How to create a culture for innovation within the company

A recurring problem for entrepreneurs and managers is the desire/ the need to change their company’s culture to make it better suited to today’s market challenges.
How many times have you said – or heard someone say – to your people: ‘you need to be more proactive‘ or ‘learn to think outside the box‘?
Typically, this is followed by major investments in training and awareness initiatives. However, the results are often disappointing: people still fail to be proactive or remain unable to think outside the box.

Changing a deeply rooted culture is as difficult as it is crucial!
To transform corporate culture, two elements are required:

1) Acting on behaviors
2) Developing consistent leadership

We will discuss this during this free workshop, providing concrete and useful insights to:

  • Create a culture for innovation and change

  • Define the relevant desired behaviors

  • Create an incentive system for functional behaviors

  • Establish a common, shared mindset across the entire organization

  • Develop the creativity and proactivity of people within the company
